Could you please explain to me how this process is done?  I tried looking it up and oddly I couldn't find anything.  I checked your website, but I can't understand it.  Someone told me it is made through a printing process and isn't actually painting so I thought I'd ask you directly.  Please, I hope you'll answer me!
